The integration between Judge.me and Ako Marketing App allows Shopify merchants to seamlessly incorporate Judge.me's product review functionality into the Ako Loyalty Program. This will enable stores to incentivize customers to leave reviews, fostering both valuable customer feedback and loyalty.
Merchants can create different product review loyalty campaigns by offering rewards through the Ako Marketing app. For example, set up campaigns that reward customers with points, such as 250 points, for submitting reviews on their online stores. This encourages customers to share their opinions while earning loyalty points.
Step 1: Connect Akohub with Judge.me
Open the Akohub app.
Navigate to "Loyalty Program" > "Settings" > "Integrations."
Choose "Judge.me" from the available options ( Make sure you are subscribed to the $15 monthly Awesome Plan)
Step 2: Authorize Judge.me
Step 3: Set up the product review as a way to earn loyalty reward
Click on the left upper corner "Program" to return to the previous page.
In the "Select ways to earn reward" section, click "+Add new."
Choose "Write a product review."
Press "Continue."
Step 4: Write rules for product review loyalty reward
Customize the reward rules for writing product reviews.
