Our system creates a Facebook Product Catalog for you and updates it on a daily basis for you by uploading product information from your Shopify store to Facebook. If you made some changes to your product and would like to update your catalog immediately, you can update it directly on our app. Here are the following steps:
Click the "Product" tab on the navigation bar.
Under "Catalog Settings," find the Daily Upload Time section to change the timezone/ upload time, or scroll to the bottom of the page and click Upload Feed Now to update your product information.
Please kindly note that it may take a few minutes for our system to complete the process of uploading all your product information to the Facebook system.
