To connect your Facebook Pixel with Ako Retargeting app for running retargeting campaigns, you may need to assign Akohub as your partner in your Facebook Pixel setting:

1. Go to your Facebook Pixel Setting in your Business Manager. It’s located in the “Data Sources” > “Pixels” in your Business Settings as shown below.

2. Check if your personal account has been added as “Manage Pixel” in your Pixel. If not, please click the button “Add People” and assign yourself as the “Manage Pixel”.

Turn on “Manage Pixel” to create, edit and view pixels.

3. Click the button “Assign Partner”. (If you’re not able to see this button, you might not be the ADMIN role in your Business Manger. Please use your ADMIN account to visit this page and finish the permission sharing.

4. Assign the partner with the Role “Manage Pixel”. Type our Business ID 778302942313074 in Partner’s business ID below.

All done. Once you share the Facebook Pixel with our app. Please send us an message from our app. We will accept Facebook’s Terms of Services for the pixel sharing and finish the settings for you. After your accounts are all ready, you can start creating your retargeting campaigns!
